Location, location, location! The hotel is 15 minutes walk to Termini Train Station, Colosseum, Forum, Victor Emmanuel Monument. 5 minutes from Trajan's Market. 2 metro stops 10 minutes away. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The street was a bit noisy at night. It's a small street so there aren't a lot of cars. But there is enough noise that it was sometimes bothersome. However, this seems to be a trend in Rome.

The staff at the hotel was wonderful. They were friendly and welcoming and always ready to help us if we had a question. I am also so glad that they had free Wi-Fi.
At night, it got a little noisy. We had a serenade by some of the more drunken people on the street.

I loved my one night stay there. the room was a nice size and had central heating, TV, and a writing table. - the staff was very friendly throughout my stay. - the location in a lovely area was excellent, with a market and stores nearby.

The location was fabulous given tIhe price of the room! I highly recommend staying at this hotel especially for families with young children as the family rooms are quite spacious.
The breakfast could have been a bit more comprehensive.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Functional and huge room provided with the bathroom and upgraded lighting, for instance. Location right by Coliseum, Via del Boschetto, and tourist attractions. Good food in the garden restaurant in the vicinity.

I had a wonderful stay at Soggiorno Angelus. The staff, especially Carla, Danilo, and the friendly uncle at breakfast, made me feel like family. The hotel may be old, but it's clean and tidy. I loved waking up to the view of the historic and beautiful street from my room window. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the coffee was just perfect. I truly felt at home during my stay.

The location was good although when we first arrived it seemed like it was up a back alley, breakfast was very good and the staff wre helpful and spoke english
We went in August and Rome was really hot and humid (about 35 degrees C). I thought that a hotel of this price (about £100 per night) would automatically have air conditioning but it didn't so it was sometime difficult to sleep.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
